Shipping

D’Lumay does not issue refunds, nor does it receive product back, it is only responsible for anything that may happen on the way to its destination.

Orders are shipped 14 business days after receipt.

Payment methods within the D’Lumay website are developed in accordance with the conditions of STRIPE who is in charge of managing electronic payment transactions.
